Unforgettable Colombo: A Tuk Tuk Journey into Local Life

A wonderful way to explore Colombo and definitely worth it! Many thanks to our guide, Mr. Caviar, who was both friendly and very knowledgeable. Pickup was smooth and on time, just as arranged. The entire tour was a delightful experience, and I would strongly recommend it to others.

Very nice driver. Some misunderstanding about pickup time, But could be my own fold as well. Very nice relationship to the kids. Choice of restaurant was very miserable. But tour operator seems to be aware of it and it seems they cancel next time this restaurant Very open for personal wishes. Highly recommended!

We toured in 3 tuk tuks with Ricky. Ricky was the main tour guide and his knowledge of Colombo was amazing. We learnt all about its history and the significance of its various temples and historic buildings. The tour lasted 4 hours with tea tasting, snacks, and dinner all included in the price. Our favourite activity was going to the local food market and a guided tour around the Gangaramaya Temple.

We went on a Colombo Tuk Tuk City Tour on December 11, 2024 with an amazing tour guide ROMESH! We had such a great time! Romesh showed us many sites, explained to us about the country's s history, people, etc. He is a very good driver, we felt safe!We finished our tour with a nice lunch. We would recommend this tour 100%. Thank you very much!

This is actually my second time booking a tour with Caviar and the guys. The first time I had a tour with them was when I went for a backpacking solo trip to Sri Lanka, this time I was with my family. I specifically choose them again because I have proven their service to be really good. Also, the tour packages are really affordable and worth the price. We got so many with the tour we availed. We went to many beautiful places around Colombo like Temples, Lighthouse, Towers, Parks and more.

The tour offers many highlights at once. The Buddhist and Hindu temples were great. We were able to discover something unknown at the vegetable market. The explanations from our guide Caviar were understandable and he got us through the traffic confidently. The snack in between and the Kottu at the end tasted great. A good opportunity to collect unforgettable impressions of Colombo. Thanks Caviar for dropping us off for a sundowner @Kingsbury Hotel.
